The morning of Emily and Daniel’s session was beautiful. The sun was shinning and I expected a beautiful session with a picture perfect sunset. Well, it didn’t take long before the clouds covered the sun and it hid the rest of the day. Despite the gloomy weather I promised Emily a sunset. Who would have ever guessed there was no sunset?! Their gallery was lovely! Everything worked together so beautifully from the “sunset” that I had to have, the little purple flowers along the field, to their candid smiles! Emily was in awe of how beautiful here photos turned out. I absolutely love inviting my clients back to the studio to reveal their gallery on their reveal wall. There were so many favorites!

As we were heading out of the Moline, Illinois studio to our Quad Cities outdoor location for our session, I decided to bring along our peacock chair. It is adorned with greenery along the edge and it paired so well with the burnt orange dress Emily chose.
